DURATION of the OBSERVATION:   3 years 1/2, (three years and a half).
SUBJECTS: two people approximately 80 years old, at the beginning of the study in good health relatively to their group of age, with various acceptable deficits at this age, osteoarthritis, hearing, sight, intestines, heart, blood circulation, prostate...
DESTINATION:scientists studying the positive and negative aspects of waves; ministries and any authority worried by the possible consequences on  health, among them mayors, parents...

  The environment must be included for a correct comprehension, but it appeared, during visits, that the Police is not sufficiently prepared to attend such problems. Left to its charge, the study of the origin, (natural, artificial, criminal...), and the qualification, (non-assistance to person in danger, attack to the health of others, criminal association...)
Fortunately the criminal possibility could be easily stopped by a simple assembly.

    As in data processing, different causes can give the same result, and it was sometimes difficult to distinguish the effect coming from  the waves from the influence of  age, or a temporary malaise. Therefore we privileged the positive facts and varied the types of proofs:.
   The material study revealed that certain  apparatuses stuffed with electronics were insensitive to the waves while others are very "breakable". In this last case, rather than to send to repair, we bought a top-of-the-range model, from a manufacturer of reputation, left it "burst" then carried it to repair,  each three months. 
     The replaced parts were very significant, (the head of the salesman also; the manufacturers will be associated in the analysis)
   Some aspects of the study are new, like the possibility of increasing  creativity, (for creative ones obviously), a phenomenon rather similar to the tale of the "daydream" recently praise-sold by a French "philosopher-laureate". That requires attention, to escape from a quasi complete torpor, and to avoid the falls.

POSSIBLE DEDUCTIONS: among the children subjected to electromagnetic radiations, we should  particularly attend the children with possibilities of leukaemia and hidden similar deficits . See: "Electromagnetic waves related to the tumour of the brain in the children", (a Japanese study that lasted three years, sponsored by the government stating: "the electromagnetic waves over  0,4 microTesla doubled (2 times) the risk of leukaemia in the child...").
PUBLICATIONS ON INTERNET: "electronic waves" give 18.000 French contributions, 15.600 in Spanish and 336.000 in English. Need for a serious sorting, rewarding !

DUREE de l'OBSERVATION:  3 ans 1/2, (trois ans et demi).
SUJETS:  deux personnes environ 80 ans, au départ de l'étude en bonne santé relativement à leur groupe d'âge, avec divers déficits acceptables à cet âge, arthrose, audition, vue, intestins, cœur, circulation sanguine, prostate...
DESTINATION:  scientifiques étudiant les aspects positifs et négatifs des ondes; ministères et toute autorité préoccupée par leurs conséquences possibles sur la santé, dont maires, parents...
REMERCIEMENTS:   à tous les spécialistes rencontrés; pour leurs soins, qui m'ont peut-être évité pire. Il semble que certains médecins confondant Hypocrate et Hypocrite, pourraient se retrouver au niveau du medico africano rencontré en espaÑazie francoquiste.

      L'environnement devant être inclus pour une compréhension correcte, il apparût, au cours de visites, que la Police n'est pas suffisamment préparée à suivre de tels problèmes. . Reste de son domaine, l'étude de l'origine, (naturelle, artificielle, criminelle...), et la qualification, (non-assistance à personne en danger, atteinte à santé d'autrui, association de malfaiteurs...) Heureusement la possibilité criminelle serait facilement stoppée par un montage évident.

     Comme en informatique où des causes différentes peuvent donner le même résultat, il est parfois difficile de distinguer l'effet attribuable aux ondes, à l'influence de l'âge, un malaise passager. On a donc privilégié les faits positifs et varié les types de preuves:
        L'étude matérielle a révélé que certains appareils bourrés d'électronique sont insensibles aux ondes alors que d'autres sont très "cassants". Dans ce dernier cas, plutôt que de faire  réparer, on a acheté un modèle haut de gamme, d'un fabricant de réputation, laissé "péter" puis porté au SAV chaque trois mois.
    Les pièces remplacées sont très significatives, (la tête du vendeur également; les fabricants seront associés dans l'analyse).
  Des aspects de l'étude sont nouveaux, comme la possibilité d'augmenter la créativité, (chez les créatifs évidemment), phénomène assez semblable au conte du "rêve éveillé" vanté-vendu récemment par "philosopher-laureate". Cela demande surveillance, avec volonté de s'arracher d'une torpeur quasi complète, et d'éviter les chutes.

SUJETOS OBSERVADOS:dos personas aproximadamente 80 años de EDAD, al principio del estudio en buena salud relativamente a su grupo de edad, con varios "déficits" aceptable en esta edad, osteoartritis, oído, vista, intestinos, corazón, circulación de sangre, próstata...
DESTINACIÓN:científicos que estudian los aspectos positivos y negativos de las ondas; los ministerios y cualquier autoridad preocupada por las consecuencias posibles en la salud, entre ellas alcaldes, padres...
GRACIAS:a todos los especialistas; por su cuidado que quizás me evitó peor. Parece que algunos doctores  confundieron Hypócrata e Hipócrita: tal vez están  al nivel de medico africano encontrado en la  espaÑazia francoquista..
     El entorno debe ser incluido para una comprensión correcta. Sin embargo apareció, durante las visitas, que la Policía no estaba preparada suficientemente para atender a tales problemas. A su carga, queda el estudio del origen, (natural, artificial, criminal...), y la calificación, (no-ayuda a personas en peligro, ataque a la salud de personas, asociación criminal...)
   La posibilidad criminal se podría parar  fácilmente con un ensamblaje simple.

        Como en el caso de proceso de datos, diversas causas pueden dar el mismo resultado, y fue a veces difícil distinguir el efecto que venía de las ondas, de la influencia de la edad, o un malestar temporal. Por lo tanto, privilegiamos los hechos positivos y variamos los tipos de pruebas:
        El estudio material reveló que ciertos aparatos rellenos con electrónica eran insensibles a las ondas mientras que otros son muy "frágiles". En este último caso, en vez de enviar a la reparación, compramos un modelo de alta calidad, de un fabricante de  reputación.  Rápidamente desarreglado,  fue llevado para reparar, cada tres meses. 
     Las piezas substituidas eran muy significativas, (la cara del vendedor también). los fabricantes serán asociados en el análisis.
        Algunos aspectos del estudio son nuevos, como la posibilidad de aumentar la creatividad, (para las creativos obviamente), un fenómeno algo similar al cuento del "sueño despierto" recientemente alabado-vendido  por un "filósofo-laureado francés". Eso requiere atención, y voluntad de salir de un casi torpor completo; y evitar las caídas.
